To qualify, merchant must show $10,000 in monthly or $120,000 in annual Visa® and Mastercard® volume as supported by at least two payment processing statements from the past six months. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for receipt of Visa® gift card. The following business types are excluded from this offer: existing Elavon customers, franchise locations under corporate pricing program, association members, warehouse pricing, Square pricing, payment facilitator or aggregator pricing, healthcare patient payment pricing, government or not for profit pricing, petroleum and relationship pricing exceptions (i.e., below cost). Elavon compatible processing software/equipment is required. Other fees may apply. Noncompliant surcharge and acceptance fee programs are not eligible for this promotion.
